The Square Food Foundation is a charity that works to reduce hunger, improve health, and bring people together through food and cooking. They teach people of all ages and abilities how to cook, with the aim of reducing hunger, improving health, and bringing people together. Their students are: primary school children, families accessing food banks, elderly adults at risk of chronic loneliness, people with learning disabilities, people with mental health challenges, young people excluded from mainstream education, and young adults not in education, employment, or training (NEET).
