    Sherford Food Hub

    It is an affordable food club run by the community.

    Sherford food hub is backed by Feeding Devon and FareShare SouthWest. It is a scheme designed to help anyone affected by the cost of living crisis, those working in Sherford or with children at the school. The food hub allows members to place orders for £5-15 which saves people 50% on supermarket prices.

     

    The food waste hierarchy calls for food to feed people first

    Food companies are legally obliged to use food to feed people before sending to anaerobic digestion or for animal feed. We help them do that.
