Linda says: “In addition to our other housing, welfare and mental health services, we have recently launched a Rough–Sleeper survival service where project workers go out into the city every weekday morning and provide people who are experiencing homelessness with packs of food and drink and other necessary items for survival. Being a member of FareShare South West will facilitate our provision of survival services to these
vulnerable people”
“Distributing food involves more than meeting basic human need. It builds connection and a groundwork for specialist support in St Petrock’s centre so longer term needs are met. We prepare lunch bags for rough sleepers in our own kitchen at the St Petrock’s centre“
